A thorough initial examination to assess your condition, establish a clear diagnosis if required and prescribe a personalised treatment plan. Ms Razo takes time to understand your history, condition and goals before delivering the most appropriate course of care and treatment. Rehabilitation can included manual therapy, splinting, therapeutic activities and exercises.

Home Hand Therapy

For patients who are unable to attend the clinic in-person, Ms Razo can arrange home visits to provide specialist Hand Therapy assessment and treatment in the comfort of your own home. Home therapy is available for patients across the Belfast and North Down area, by arrangement.

Medico-Legal & Expert Witness

Ms Razo provides independent medico-legal reports and expert witness services for solicitors, insurers and the courts. Reports cover assessment, functional capacity and prognosis of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions. They are prepared to the standards required for claims and legal proceedings.

Ms Razo works collaboratively with case managers, insurers and multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist Hand Therapy input as part of a coordinated rehabilitation programme. Reports, progress updates and outcome measures can be provided to support case management.

Surgery Aftercare

Surgery is only the first step. What happens in the weeks and months that follow determines how much movement, strength and function you recover. Ms Razo provides specialist post-operative rehabilitation following hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder surgery — working within the parameters set by your surgeon to restore movement, manage scar tissue and rebuild strength.

Imaging Referrals

Where further imaging is required to confirm a diagnosis, Ms Razo can arrange referrals to private scan centres. X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound appointments are often available within 24 to 48 hours allowing the diagnostic process to proceed without delay.
