What to expect

Your initial 60-minute session includes a full assessment, diagnosis and first treatment. Please bring any relevant scan reports, referral letters or previous medical notes.

Insurance
Using private health insurance?

Ms Razo is recognised by Bupa and H3. Please obtain authorisation from your insurer before booking and have your membership and authorisation numbers to hand.

Cancellation
Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session fee.
