Ms Razo accepts referrals at her clinic in Belfast from healthcare professionals across Northern Ireland and the UK. No formal referral letter required. Clinical notes, imaging and post-operative protocols are welcomed but not essential. Patients can also self-refer directly.
Appointments are typically available within a few days. Urgent and post-surgical cases can often be accommodated sooner.

Ms Razo reports back at every stage. Referring professionals receive an initial assessment summary, regular progress updates with outcome measure data and a formal discharge report. Clinical reporting for case managers and insurers is available on a costed basis. Reporting frequency and format can be tailored to your requirements.
A clinical summary following the first appointment, including findings, diagnosis and proposed treatment plan.
Regular updates at agreed intervals throughout the course of treatment, including outcome measure data where applicable.
A formal discharge report summarising treatment delivered, outcomes achieved and any recommendations for ongoing management.
Where clinically indicated, Ms Razo can refer directly to private scan centres for X-ray, MRI, ultrasound or CT, often within 24 to 48 hours.
