Medial Epicondylitis: Golfer’s Elbow
This presentation examined the assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based non-operative management of medial epicondylitis. Objectives including the clinical reasoning behind rehabilitation programme design, load management strategies and the criteria for considering further intervention when rehabilitation treatment has been exhausted.
Nerve Entrapment in Athletes
The second presentation addressed nerve entrapment conditions of the upper limb as they present specifically in athletic populations, a distinct and often underdiagnosed group. The session covered clinical presentation, differential diagnosis and evidence-based non-operative management strategies for athletes with nerve entrapment at the elbow, wrist and hand.
