No. You can contact Ms Razo directly without a GP or surgeon referral. If you have surgical notes, discharge letters or scan reports, bring these to your first appointment.

Yes. Patients are can be discharged or put on "patient initatied follow-up" at a stage that is earlier than ideal. If your recovery has stalled, your wound or scar is causing concern or you are simply not progressing as expected. Ms Razo can assess where you are and advise on the best course of action.

As soon as it is clinically appropriate. Ms Razo has formerly worked within multiple hand and upper limb trauma services and understands post-operative pathways. Early specialist input can significantly influence long-term outcomes for complex trauma.
