Expert Witness for Upper Limb & Hand Injuries
I provide Medical Legal services for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries. This includes Expert Witness, specialist assesments and Medical Legal Reports for Solicitors and Insurance Companies in Northern Ireland and the UK.
Personal injuries due to workplace accidents, product liability or medical malpractice are all within my remit of expertise.
I can give professional Expert Opinion evidence and have experience doing so for both Claimants and Defendants involved in Civil Litigation cases and for Insurance Companies.
I am an experienced Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) having worked in numerous hospital settings around the world.
My current NHS role is as a Consultant Hand Therapist / Advanced Practitioner, being the most specialist level for an Allied Health Professional working in Hand Therapy. I am also the Principal CHT in my own private practice and hold The Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Civil Certificate.
