Payment
How to pay

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfer. A payment link can be provided in advance if preferred.

Insurance
Private health insurance

Ms Razo has elected to be recognised by the following major private medical insurers. Please confirm your cover with your insurer before your appointment and provide your authorisation number. For all other insurers and health cash plans please check with your provider if Hand Therapy with an Occupational Therapist will be covered.

Cancellation
Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.
